This section collects road information which is published on Variable Message Signs (VMS) of the Province of Turin, of SITAF (A32 highway) and of the Conseil Général Hautes-Alpes. ALCOTRA ?Info Mobile? project allowed to create a cross-border information network about road and highway traffic between Susa Valley and French Hautes- Alpes department. Thanks to real-time dynamic data exchange between Italy and France, the realization of a shared system for road information, accurate and prompt, has been possible; the system dispatches information, if considered of interest or critical for drivers?safety, from one side of the border to the other. Variable Message Signs on Italian and French sides are shown on the map; clicking on them, the content of published message will be displayed. The panels on French side show the critical events transmitted by Conseil Général Hautes-Alpes as well.
