Quality Charter

The Service Quality Charter is a document that every organisation providing services drafts as a commitment towards its users. This pertains to the services themselves, how they are provided, quality standards and it informs users of their rights.

In drafting our Service Quality Charter, we referred to article 11 of Legislative Decree no.286./1999 “Quality of Public Services” and article 2 paragraph 461 of Law 24th December 2007 no.244 “Provisions for the training of the State’s annual and multi-annual budget”, drafted and advertised in conformity with agreements of consumer rights associations and with the business associations interested and the 2021-2026 Service Contract with Municipality of Torino
